You can configure Windows to open fwx files with VFP, but this will not help you, because VFP does not know how to do syntax highlighting, or IntelliSense for these files. One possibility is to use a 3rd party editor that supports custom syntax highlighting, such as TextPad 32. An fwx syntax highlighting profile for TextPad can be found at http://www.foxweb.com/files/TextPadSyntax.zip. For information on how to use it check out

How can I make it so that when I double click on a fwx file it will open in the Visual FoxPro program editor?
