The CGI module foxweb.exe is included for compatibility with web servers, other than IIS. We have received reports of problems like what you are experiencing, but have never been able to reproduce them. Would it be possible to use foxweb.dll instead? This will not only take care of the problem, but will also improve the performance of your server significantly.

I am now getting a error very frequently:
"The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers".
This began right after a windows update of server 2003.
The version is Foxweb 3.1 (run as a service)
