This is a CGI-specific error message, so the ISAPI module should never cause it. I bet that if you look at your web log you will see a request that uses foxweb.exe.

We implemented Active Directory and migrated to version 3.5 (with ISAPI module), and the error occurs again.

I am now getting a error frequently:
"The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers".
T
he FWSTART log had no entries for the time we had the problem.
In some cases the problem is solved by restarting the browser.
