Subject:  Re: Website Hosting.
There are hundreds of providers with dedicated server plans, but companies like GoDaddy and 1&1 offer the best prices for virtual dedicated servers (also known as "VPS").  My guess is that the reduced price comes at the expense of good customer service, but this may be OK if you are able to manage your server yourself.

If you want to run two sites (separate host names) on your site, then you will need a 2-Virtual Host license, which costs $399.  Moreover, if you want to install FoxWeb on a second computer for development and testing purposes, you will need a Development license, which costs $99.

Thanks for your reply. How many license should I purchase from FoxWeb to install the Foxweb on dedicated servers and to my machine. What will be the price? If I wish to host two site on dedicated server, should I need to purchase additional license or one server license enough? If possible, can you give me a link of dedicated server provider?

Thanks,

Shaju Chacko.

Unless you have Remote Desktop, or other remote control access, the provider will need to install and configure FoxWeb on the server hosting your site.  They should make sure to specify an administrator userid and password in the FoxWeb Control Center and provide it to you, so that you can examine the FoxWeb Error Log.

If this particular provider is not willing to install FoxWeb on one of their servers, you can also look for a hosting company that offers dedicated servers -- especially dedicated virtual servers, which you can get for as little as $40 per month.

Hello FoxWeb team,

I am from India and I would like to host my site in India. What are the Server requirements I should check? I contacted a provider and they said their windows server support both CGI and ISAPI for PHP. Is this enough for FoxWeb? Waiting for your reply.

Thanks in advance,

Shaju Chacko
