This sounds like a compilation issue. If you have configured FoxWeb to use the VFP run-time DLL (instead of a full instance of VFP that you installed on your server independently), then you will need to manually compile any PRG files that are not directly referenced in the URL. In this case, contact.fwx is referenced in the URL, so it is automatically compiled, but FooterText.prg, which is called by contact.fwx needs to be compiled manually.
The easiest way to recursively compile all programs under the FoxWeb Program Root is to use the Compile Scripts functionality in fwadmin.fwx.
