Your problem is described in the FAQ section of the FoxWeb site.
Under the header "Which operating systems does FoxWeb support?" press the link "additional configuration step". The information relates to W2K but as I see it is applicable to XP too.

I've got my foxweb running on a notebook on which I just installed XP. It works fine except that it times out VERY fast, no matter what I have for the program timeout setting. I've set it to 999 and it still times out in about 2 seconds.
I heard there is a registry edit I might need to make, but I can't find it.
Can anyone tell me what might fix this?
