I've installed 4 times and each time I can't get the tests in the readme to work.  I installed, then found I needed to use other than default directories on installation, then found (I guess) I needed the dll's.  Then found I needed the dll's in a specific place.  Then I reinstalled again and I still get either a 404 error, or missing library error. 

Is there another step that I missed, or complete installation instructions somewhere (i.e. readme just says install and run)?

BTW, I'm running PWS on ME with VFP 7.0.
