This is a known problem, which occurs when the server is running certain international versions of Windows that utilize double-byte character sets, such as the Chinese and Korean versions.

Why is the upload file not same as the source, even if use your own example upload.fwx.
The text file is same, but the files of jpg, doc, xls and etc are not same (including the size)
