Yes you can.  You can either save the file in the Web tree and simply return a URL that points to it, or you can actually pass the file through FoxWeb.  For more information on the second alternative please refer to the Returning Non-HTML Content section of the Returning Content to the Browser page of the FoxWeb documentation and to the download.fwx sample file.
