Subject:  Re: Jumping to a section of a page
Browsers do not send the part after the pound sign (#Beach_Club) to the Web server, but rather try to scroll down to that location when the output from the server is received.  As a result, there is no way for FoxWeb to pass this information between requests.

I am useing the auth object for security on a page the call to this page goes something like this:

resrates.fwx?arrdate=05/05/2002&depdate=05/23/2002#Beach_Club

The problem I having is that if the user has not already logged into the site and the log in form comes up the #Beach_Club is lost.

Any ideas...

Thanks
