First of all you must make sure that IIS is installed and configured properly to serve static pages.  Try calling your server's home page.  Does this work?

 

Once you get IIS installed, you need to install and configure FoxWeb.  For detailed instructions on how to do this please refer to the "Configuring your Web Server" topic in the FoxWeb documentation.  If you require additional help you will need to be more specific with regard to the behavior and error messages you are receiving.
