The file deny.exe is only useful in cases where you want to keep your program and web roots in the same directory.  You can use it by configuring your Web server to direct requests for certain extensions to it, as described in the Script Mapping section of the Configuring your Web Server section of the FoxWeb documentation.  To disable this setup, simply reverse your changes.
