I use List&Label, integrated into foxweb, which enables creating PDF files (and other formats) on the fly. have a look at

The Adobe Acrobat product contains a printer driver (PDFWriter?), which instead of sending output to a printer, creates a PDF file. I have not personally used this product, but a number of FoxWeb users have reported success with it.
I have also heard of users successfully utilizing the PDFFactory printer driver (
www.fineprint.com).
