So, you followed the troubleshooting instructions in the Common Problems page?  Did you see anything interesting in fwstart.log?  Please send us a copy of this file via email, so that we can examine its contents.

We have upgraded our version of FoxWeb from 2.11 to 2,5 and are now getting a "No channels active" error.  I have looked at the trouble shooting section and could not find the fix. 
 
We were running fine with 2.11 and all I did was to run the install for 2.5 and upgrade our 2.11.
 
If anyone has any ideas, I would be forever grateful.  Out website is down until we can figure this problem out.
