I don't speak Spanish, but my assumption is that you are asking whether FoxWeb 1.29 will work with Windows 2000. Here's the answer:
FoxWeb 1.29c is not 100% compatible with Windows 2000 or later. The main problem ("Unable to open output file" error) can be eliminated by following the instructions in
http://www.foxweb.com/win2000fix.asp. The other known problem -- the inability to run FoxWeb 1.29c as a system service under Win2K -- does not have a fix. For full compatibility we recommend that you upgrade to FoxWeb 2.X.

He creado una utilería para que obtengan apartir de un archivo HTML con un formulario HTML un archivo DBF con los campos con sus mismos nombres, toma el atributo MaxLenght del input para darle el ancho al campo.
Acepta múltiples forms en un mismo HTML y múltiples archivos en la misma carpeta.
Además, crea un archivo CSV con el contenido de cada lista de selección <select> para facilitar la creación de tablas relacionadas con dichos campos.
Revisenlo y critíquenlo....
