As it turns out the problem was caused by a mismatched version of FoxWeb and VFP executable configured in the FoxWeb configuration. The user had installed FoxWeb for VFP 8, but was pointing to the VFP 6 executable (VFP6.EXE). The problem went away as soon as he pointed to the VFP 8 executable. Always make sure to point to the same version of VFP as the one selected during FoxWeb installation.
