Nevermind, I believe I found a fix. I call a javascript function in the onclick event of the submit button that selects all items if "All" is selected.

Is there a way to retreive all options from a select list, regardless if an option is selected? One of the options in the list is 'All'. If that option is selected, I want to be able to get all options.
