The "No Channels Active" message means that no channels are currently registered with the FoxWeb Channel Broker component.  In your case, since this an intermittent problem, It means than one, or more of your scripts are causing channels to hang.  The file fwstart.log in the FoxWeb directory probably contains clues as to what is happening.  If you can't decipher the log, please send us a copy via email, so that we can examine it.

I occasionally have people using our program get the following message:

This happens whether I have one user using the program or several.  Could you tell me how to fix this poblem?
