There are many graphing components available that can be utilized to create dynamic graphs. In the past I heard good things about ChartDirector (http://www.advsofteng.com/), but I have not used it personally.

Is this possible? What kind of program do I need to use for that?

it must be quick and the graphs must be "nice"
