Subject:  Re: CGI Error
I'm really not sure what could be causing this problem.  Try using foxweb.dll instead of foxweb.exe -- if not permanently, which is recommended, at least temporarily for test purposes.  The ISAPI dll is much more efficient than the foxweb.exe CGI executable, because it does not force the Web server to start a new process with each client request.

Obviously, I am not saying that the cause of the problem is the fact that you are using foxweb.exe, but it would be interesting to find out if you are getting the problem with programs.

Also, make sure that the "Show friendly HTTP error messages" option in Internet Explorer is disabled.  This option hides errors returned by the server and is pretty useless in my opinion.

Hi - thanks for your previous fast responce.
I am now getting a CGI Error which states:
"The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers."

This happens always on the same page, however if I refresh the page (F5) it displays as expected.

The URL I'm using is <servername>/cgi-bin/foxweb.exe/ecc_index?id=3876811, which comes from a form. To use foxweb.dll is not really an option at this stage.

Can you help? Do you know what this error means?
Thanks
Kath
