File upload/script time-out question

Hi all

A submissions page on our site requires the uploading of 8 files. The size of these files won't be too large; probably under a meg each. But many of our clients are using dial-up and the files can potentially be larger.

My question is this.

When a person hits the 'submit' button and their browser uploads the 8 files to our server, the referenced script hasn't started running yet, right? That is, does the web server processes the script referenced in the <form> tag after the files are uploaded?
