Subject:  Re: Not a character expression error
Hi,
Isn't the correct path supposed to be http://212.100.250.146/cgi-bin/foxweb.exe/procAdvice@eapsite/advice where advice.prg is the program in which the procedure procAdvice resides?

Sameer

The problem is caused by the final slash in the URL.  The URL that was used in this case was http://212.100.250.146/cgi-bin/foxweb.exe/procAdvice@eapsite/.  The correct URL would be http://212.100.250.146/cgi-bin/foxweb.exe/procAdvice@eapsite.

This error may be caused by a malformed URL.  Please provide us with the content of the Server Variables (aka CGI Data) associated with this error.  The variable I'm interested in is CGI.LogicalPath.

Hi,
I am using FoxWeb 1.29. I can see "Not a character expression" error in the error log. How do I figure out which line in my code is causing this error? In the error log it says the following:

Error Number : 45
Program : FoxWeb Foundation Program
Line Number : 146
Line : RUN script

Thanks,
Sameer
