I'm not sure what you are referring to by "example Hello". None of the sample scripts that come with FoxWeb are named Hello. Can you run the Contact Mine sample? I suggest that you start with the Setup and First Steps page of the documentation.

The broker is working because I have run the example Hello and it worked.

The fwadmin script was introduced in FoxWeb 3 and is described in the documentation. Please note that this script is internal, so there's no separate fwadmin.fwx file.
