Normally this error means that the VFP 8 Run-Time DLL is not installed on your server, but this should not be the case, because the FoxWeb 3 setup program automatically installs it. Please try re-installing (in fact, you might as well get FoxWeb 3.1 from our web site).
If the above does not work, try installing the VFP Run-Time DLL from your VFP setup disk.

After the installation of FoxWeb 3.0 / VFP 8, i can't load fwconfig.exe and an error message appears: Could not load resource file.
