Windows Server 2008 only has a 64-bit version, which is not officially supported -- primarily due to the difficulty in configuring and maintaining 64-bit IIS to run 32-bit ISAPI extensions, such as foxweb.dll. There are quite a few resources on the web that explain how to do this, but if you chose to go this route, you will be on your own in terms of dealing with potential problems.
