"Configured correctly" is a loaded term, so I will assume that you are referring to the correct configuration, so as to be able to run FoxWeb scripts.
This is covered in the Setup and First Steps page in the FoxWeb documentation. Have you tried calling the URLs listed in that page? Are you getting an error message? Please provide more details on what you are experiencing.

That's because it's a security risk to allow unknown CGI and ISAPI extensions. You do not need to allow such extensions to run FoxWeb. You should specifically allow foxweb.exe and foxweb.dll instead. This is automatically configured for you by the FoxWeb setup program.

IIS under web service extensions I have blue exclamation mark for all unknown CGI extensions and under all unknow ISAPI extensions
