I'm wondering if the SQL ODBC connections are causing your server to run out of socket connections or corrupting your network stack in some way. I have only seen this error once before (back in 2005).

Is there a newer OLEDB driver for accessing MySql databases? It's possible that the one you are using has a bug.

I get the following error from Foxweb version 4.3:
Could Not Connect to FoxWeb Broker (127.0.0.1:55948). Error: 10048.

This happens when using OBDC to query Mysql tables on a Linux server.
All worked well until the Mysql querys on the Linux box increased about 4 fold.

This is a intermittent problem that seem to be base on server load.

Can ODBC connect problems cause this error?
