This usually means that IIS is not installed properly on your computer. Most likely, you did not install the IIS features/roles identified in the Configuring the Web Server page in the documentation. This page contains detailed instructions on how to configure IIS, so please read it carefully.

 

My suggestion is to uninstall FoxWeb, install the IIS features specified in the above page and reinstall. You may also perform additional configuration, as described in that page.
