Hi, all.

I see that the Server object has a HashMD5 method; that's great.

According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MD5, though, "The security of MD5 has been severely compromised, with its weaknesses having been exploited in the field, ..."

I'm convinced that hashing passwords is a good thing (since it's my understanding that is one-way trip [meaning that you cannot decrypt/reverse-engineer]).

Any recommendations for a more advanced password hashing VFP solution?

TIA,
